The Creekstone Homeowners Association (HOA) is a nonprofit corporation whose members are the owners of 163 residential lots located in Owens Cross Roads, Madison County, Alabama. In addition to the Lots, the Association includes a swimming pool, community clubhouse, and playground.

The Board of Directors, elected by the homeowners is chartered with management of the common properties to include the clubhouse, pool, playground, and berms at the perimeter of the neighborhood. The directors' responsibilities also include contracting with service providers, managing the budget, and chartering committees. Committees are organized groups of volunteers chartered by the Board of Directors with specific functions that affect the Creekstone community.
